Pizza Night

One of Obbie's many talents is the ability to make one hell of a good pizza. Monday night's edition was no exception:



Onions, pepperoni, meatballs, and mozzerella. He did teach me that while there is no such thing as bad cheese, one should use the block mozzerella instead of shredded. It tastes better for some reason. (The fresh mozz you find at the market is even better than that, but hey, it was Monday night) Jiffy makes a swell pizza crust mix, and that can be had from the Dollar Store, two for a buck.
YUM!! Beats delivery pie most any old time. (But we love our locally owned place. They deliver out here in the boonies, and the delivery person is most personable.)
