Lately how much I LOVE the physical therapists at my PT place?

Well let me tell you. They're great. Not only have the got my knee back to almost where it belongs. They have offered up a solution to the PT/Insurance crisis I mentioned earlier.
I can join their wellness program. They will design a fitness program for me (and my knee) and still do the therapy services, but just bill me for the therapy. It won't count as a full 90 minute session, just the time they spend with the requirements for my prescribed therapy. Ha. Take that Blue Shield. Kiss my spider bitten butt.
And in other news............
Nope. Nothing. Let me get worked up and perhaps I'll get all ranty later.
